We’ve equipped the home with a modern dishwasher to make your stay as seamless and comfortable as possible. Please follow the guide below to ensure the best results and help us maintain the space for future guests.
🧼 Guest Expectations During Your Stay
To help maintain the home:
Please scrape food off dishes before loading
Run the dishwasher when full
Use detergent for every cycle
Avoid leaving dirty dishes sitting for long periods
🔘 Getting Started (Step-by-Step)
Using the dishwasher is simple:
Load dishes properly (see loading section below)
Place only 1 dishwasher pod into the detergent compartment located on the inner side of the door. Dishwasher pods are located on the crystal jar on the counter of the dishwasher
Close the dishwasher door firmly
Press POWER
Press CYCLES until your desired setting is selected
(Optional) Select HEATED DRY for better drying
Press START, then close the door fully
👉 The cycle will begin automatically once the door is securely shut. 🍽️ How to Load the Dishwasher Properly
Proper loading ensures dishes come out clean and undamaged.
Top Rack (Upper Shelf)
Use for:
Glasses
Cups & mugs
Small bowls
Plastic containers (top rack only)
👉 Place items upside down so water can drain.
Bottom Rack (Lower Shelf)
Use for:
Plates
Larger bowls
Pots & pans
👉 Face dirty surfaces toward the center for best cleaning.
Utensil Basket
Place forks, knives, spoons handle-down
Mix utensil types to prevent nesting
Sharp knives should be placed carefully
⚠️ Loading Rules (Important)
Do not overcrowd
Do not stack items on top of each other
Do not block the spray arms
Ensure nothing prevents the door from closing fully
🔄 Choosing the Right Cycle
Your dishwasher offers multiple cleaning cycles:
Normal (Recommended)
Best for everyday use
Balanced cleaning and efficiency
Heavy
For greasy dishes, pots, and pans
Longer cycle, stronger cleaning
Auto
Adjusts based on load (can vary in timing)
Quick
For lightly soiled dishes only
Not recommended for full or dirty loads
Optional Settings
Heated Dry
Helps dishes dry more completely
Recommended for most loads
Sanitize
High-temperature rinse for extra cleaning
Useful for hygiene-sensitive items
Delay Start (2h / 4h / 8h)
Starts the dishwasher later
Helpful for overnight runs
▶️ Starting the Dishwasher
Press POWER
Select your desired cycle
Choose any optional settings
Press START
Close the door fully until it latches
👉 The dishwasher will begin automatically
🧼 During the Cycle
The dishwasher will run quietly in the background
You may hear water movement and draining (normal)
Opening the door will pause the cycle, please try to avoid doing this
✅ After the Cycle
Allow dishes to cool before handling
Open the door slightly to release steam
This helps dishes dry more effectively
👉 Some water on plastic items is normal
🚫 Items Not Suitable for Dishwasher
Please hand wash the following:
Wooden utensils or cutting boards
Cast iron cookware
Sharp knives
Delicate or hand-wash-only items
🧼 Before Checkout
Please run the dishwasher if full
Leave door slightly open after use
Please do not leave the dishwasher running as you leave
🛠️ Troubleshooting
Maintenance (Handled by Management)
You don’t need to do this—but for transparency:
Filter System
Located at the bottom inside the dishwasher
Captures food particles
Cleaned regularly to maintain performance
Spray Arms
Checked to ensure proper water flow
Dishes Not Clean
Dishwasher may be overloaded
Incorrect cycle selected
Spray arms may be blocked
👉 Try running a Normal or Heavy cycle
Dishwasher Won’t Start
Ensure the door is fully closed
Confirm POWER and START were pressed
Dishes Are Wet After Cycle
This is normal for some materials
Use Heated Dry for better results
Open door after cycle to release steam
Unusual Odour
Usually caused by food debris
Running a cycle typically resolves it
